Current mood: frustrated

I HATE MOVING!!!
OKay. Did I tell you how much I hate moving. Well in case I haven't, I do. I currently live in Grant Park and I have to find a new place by the first of the year. I hate apartment hunting, so if anyone knows of any good places for rent or even someone needing a roomate or housemate please let me know. I would like to live in the Midtown area, but will consider anything nice and comfortable within the Perimter.

Unless fate blows me towards DC, I plan on living in the house I bought forever. That's how much I hate moving.

Buying a house of my own is a goal of mine, but just can't afford it right now. Maybe in couple more years. In 2002 I had to go though 16 month of intense Chemo for Lymphoma. I didn't have disability insurance at the time and had to go through all my savings and even pull most of my 403b to get me through the hump.

The Lymphoma has been in remission since, but my savings went along with it. So I've basically had to start form ground zero. I do have insurance out the Ying Yang now.

I'm not from Atlanta, but I've been there enough to tell you that I really like Buckhead when I stay there. It's close to midtown and location wise, it's great. Lots of nice Restaurants and things to do up there. Check it out.

I've lived in Buckhead before... It kinds sucks because the traffic is always hell. It takes you an hour to drive a mile. I work at Emory, so Decatur or Midtown is actually best for me. I do like living in Grant Park though and would consider a place close by.

Yea, traffic is a little crazy in Buckhead, but not too bad. Good luck finding what you need :)

I'm planning on moving into Atlanta sometime over the summer, probably late July. I know that's a long way down the road, but just thought I'd throw that out there.
